TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INDIVIDUAL LESSONS

All individual lessons are booked on a half term basis payable in advance in group of six or according to the number of weeks in the half term.

All individual lessons require 48 hours notice for cancellation or the lesson will be charged.

• The lesson will start and ends the moment the students enters and leaves SWS premises at the agreed time.

• A few minutes on each side of the lessons is required to set up and explain homework/ practice tasks.

The Teacher agrees to provide as much notice as possible in case of delay or lateness or if the lesson is to be cancelled at short notice.

One month notice will be given for any change in the costs of lessons.

• Cancelled lessons will be rescheduled subject to availability.

Lessons will take place on dates and time agreed between the teacher and the student

• The Teacher agrees to provide a full professional service to the best of their abilities and to assist the student in fulfilling their potential and achieving their goals. 

• The student understands that regular practice is required in order to achieve any meaningful progress and standard.

• All lessons booked must be taken within a period of 6 months from the booking date or they will be forfeited.

• Books and other material can be provided by the teacher at the student request.

• The cost of instruction books and other materials is the student’s responsibility.

 

COURSES

Courses cancellation require 7 days notice from start date to receive full refund.

There will be a £20 charge for courses cancelled between 7 days and start date.

Once a course has started, no refund will be given.

Under certain circonstances, we might at our discretion offer the student a place in another course or an alternative arrangement to redeem the course fee in the event of a late course cancellation.

Courses sessions are to take place at the agreed dates and cannot be resheduled unless agreed at our discretion.
